I've been using Coaches Console to manage my consulting practice. It's helped me in two ways - 1) it has
taken away much of the administrative tasks such as confirming appointments, rescheduling, sending out re-evaluation forms etc. and 2)it has freed up
my VA to do other things. Utilizing Coaches Console and a VA allows me to focus on business generating activities.
I have done vision boards in the past and I will probably
still do them, but I've rarely kept up with it. I also don't look at it very often and it has travelled from my wall into
a closet back up on a wall. But this really speaks to me.
